Bungie, seriously, you heard it from the community, the streamers, and from the forums: Shadowkeep has been nerfed to death. I don’t care about OEM (either take the tracking off or the overshield, not both). But nerfing pinnacle weapons that we worked so hard to get are even being considered for a nerf is a bloody outrage. Look, we don’t care if your development/testing team didn’t balance the weapons prior to them being released. That’s on you. But it seems vindictive to punish your community, the same community that met with an overwhelming response on Shadowkeeps release day to crash your servers because of the obvious interest to play this wonderful game , are the very ones you’re alienating with these constant nerfs. I’ve been playing since the Destiny 1 Alpha, and I still love this game. But it makes me think why I should bother to invest my time and money on a product that doesn’t respect my play style. Armor 2.0 was a phenomenal idea that was executed almost flawlessly. I’m just gonna say whoever thought I needed to equip a Solar affinity Class Item to get Enhanced Ashes to Assets AND Enhanced Bomber, is a f&@$ing idiot. Mods have NOTHING to do with elemental affinity. First you nerfed Breakout, didn’t care but thought it was a d1ck move. Then Redrix, I was legitimately upset because that quest was a GRIND. Now, you’re nerfing Recluse because of a couple worthless blueberries that whine because they don’t know how to use a fusion rifle or shotgun to counter it. Honestly, that’s where I draw the line and say I QUIT. The Recluse grind was real but I was proud to actually Get Gūd and increase my k/d to earn this weapon. And now you’re taking our accomplishments away? I don’t think there’s a bigger F U to Bungie than switching over to Modern Warfare on October 25. And to my fellow peeps, in the words of Aztecross, “slap that like button if your momma taught you right!”
