I finally got to the 5 win streak in crucible today, but it seems like the triumph (Unbroken Valor) is not working properly, because it still shows up as 4/5. I thought maybe I had to win a game while at the 5 streak, so I did, but still no luck with the triumph. Then i thought maybe there was an issue with me playing Iron Banner instead of normal crucible, but the triumph still doesn't show up. The images attached are the last match that I played and also a screenshot of the triumph screen.
