We went a little off on a tangent from the original thread, but it is a topic I've seen discussed frequently. Many players feel nostalgia from Destiny 1, thinking there was more to do. My only point is that if someone was able to complete everything in the game, maybe the game had less content. I was in a similar position in Destiny 1 (however I never finished a few PVP grimiore items, hate PVP), and I enjoyed playing the game. Destiny 2 offers a bit of a different experience because that milestone of "completing the game" is much more out of reach. There are Triumphs, Seals, Collections, ever expanding quests and story, it is near impossible to say that you have "completed the game" at any point in Destiny 2 since Forsaken. I'm loving the grind personally, although I know not everyone likes that. I think most Destiny 2 frustration stems from FOMO mentality, feeling pressured to get certain things done. If people are truly completionists and want to get everything in the game, they have the opportunity to do so, and it will be a grind. If people just want to have fun and play the game, they don't have to worry about all of the new triumphs and quests and just play the way they want to play.
