Can't "Continue" with Cross-Save at Linking Accounts section.

My Xbox account is shown as linked, and I don't play on PS4 or PC. The tab that says "Continue" at the bottom is un-clickable and I can't progress further. I've tried on laptop both on Chrome and Safari with on luck as of yet.

  • I've had the same issue since day 1 of the move. I did the license transfer early from the blizzard launcher to Steam. It says at the top the license is transferred and authenticates the Steam transfer but won't let me click continue. If the requirement is for me to make an account on another platform and link at least two.. uhh, wtf? I play on PC, that's it. What kind of dumb requirement is that? I just want to play the characters I invested all that time into while it was on the blizz launcher. No useful information from Bungie at all.. just vague "maybe this will work" hail mary options from other players trying to help.

  • Cross save cannot be enabled or used if you don't have more than one account linked. If the only account on your profile is an Xbox account then you can't use cross save because there would be no point.
