Activities like Raids and the Iron Banner should have a way to convert the pieces into ornaments. The way I’m thinking about it is, pinnacle activities will grant “ornamental tokens”. 1 token for each encounter in a raid, and each of the weekly bounties for IB. To convert to an ornament, you would need 5-10 ornament tokens/shards, 10k glimmer, and the piece you wish converted to be consumed (e.g. hold on to the shittiest roll to consumed into an ornament) You could even push this to all sets by making the tokens/shards available through all the weekly bounties. This creates a huge pool of armor to grind for, for no other reason then fashion.
