I'm trying to activate the Izanami Forge Igniter by doing the Volundr Forge. I'm stood in front of the thing but can't activate the mission when I go up to to the forge. Weirdly in the director it also says Izanami Forge...even though that's on a completely different planet and I haven't even activated it yet?? Long Story Short I can't use Volundr to complete the quest to activate Izanami so now I'm stuck. It also means I can't do some of my Black Armory challenges...
