I have at some point picked up the Essence of Isolation but it’s now gone from my Quests tab, I can’t pick up another from lectern as it says I already have it nor is it showing any progress on previously obtained Essence when I view it on the lectern. Meaning I literally cannot progress further with the campaign. Fantastic.
