Hi guys，Yesterday when I installed the game on the steam，I'm going to move my role form PSN to PC platform. But one thing I forgot was that my PSN account still online，so when I get the corss save done，I was surprised to that my role disappeared. I can't play my role on PS4 or on Steam. In the end, I had no choice. I shut down the cross save and try to fix it. But I was sadly told that I could only operate again in 90 days. Now I'm very sad. Because my friends are waiting for me to join our fireteam on Steam，I hope Bungie can help me solve this problem. My fireteam need me，The Traveler need me.
