Hi there,
Thanks for letting us know. Looking at your account it appears that the quest is still in your Quest inventory on your Warlock (Bearer of Evils Past), could you provide screenshots to show us what you're seeing? Imgur or Twitter links work best.

(Exotic Quest and Legendary Device) - I interacted with the Ashes next to it and received 1 item (Exotic Quest for Thorns) - I opened the Quests and saw only the Thorns Quest https://i.imgur.com/dGbQ8Ad.jpg - I opened the Postmaster and saw an unretrievable Exotic quest and no Legendary Device https://i.imgur.com/5Fg2806.jpg https://i.imgur.com/soAM7be.jpg I also can no longer accept bounties. If you open the chest in the secret camp (the only chest that is spawning in) it removes the new Shadowkeep Lumina quest, and replaces it with the original quest on step 1. If you abort this new step one, and got back to Werner, he doesn't have the NEW Shadowkeep lumina quest, he has the old one at step one to pick up.
