I checked the bungie help page and it seems that some people are receiving silver instead of the season pass. I actually have 1000 silver now which is the price of the season pass. I think that's what happened to me. I hope you can find a solution to your problem :).

Have you tried to play and use the season pass on a different account but on the same console? My issue is like many other people here. I bought tha deluxe version on my Brazilian account (PSN), but I play destiny and all my games using my American account and its not working (season pass) :*!
