Frame Rate Stutter throughout game, including menus
Ryzen 2700X, 1070Ti, 16GB 3000Mhz RAM. No matter what my graphics settings, no matter where in the game, I just get constant stutters every few seconds.
Is this fixable? Is this a problem with the game, or is there some fix?
