Shipping For CoS RaidJacket
The raid jacket ships in q3, which ended weeks ago. I’m supposed to receive an email regarding its shipment but this hasn’t occurred yet. When can I expect to be sent this email, and if it should have happened already, What can I do?

Actually, depending on their fiscal year (which is likely the calendar year), the end of Q3 will be end of September. Yes, I know this is just a few days away, but it’s not several weeks ago as you mentioned.
