Hi all Guardians.
I purchased the "Striker's Patience" emote from the Everversum store for 500 Silver.
The object has never been delivered to me, although the amount has been debited to me.
Blizzard assistance sent me back to bungie.
Bungie assistance answered me with a default form suggesting the usual default moves, which I have already tried: client restart, check in the store, etc. etc.
What should i do?
I obviously have a trace of the history of the transition, with its ID code.

Ok, I deleted the Modulus Report of the Black Armory from the inventory of the Administrator (I had a stack of 15, the maximum) and the gift from the everversum arrived at her inventory. I feel like a idiot, but at least it's resolved. Thank you all for Guardians for your help

If you are having an issue with an Eververse order, visit this link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13681 At the bottom, there is a contact help link that will bring up a form. Make sure you are logged into Bungie.net before you fill it out.

Have you checked your consumables for a package from Eververse that should contain the items?
