If you don’t think so you are kind of clueless in my opinion. It doesn’t take the biggest brain to realize that master of arms is the best singular perk in the history of the game. It puts every other energy weapon and even every primary completely and utterly to shame. Even genuinely good weapons like the curated nation of beasts and curated kindled orchid, both of which were very sought after in black armoury, are total trash in comparison. It is just too good to exist because you never have to use anything else, ever. The recluse being how it is now is just unhealthy for the game. You can not even come close to its performance with any other weapon and that is a problem for balance.
