Thank you for your report. If currently logged in, please log out of Destiny 2 on all platforms. Once you log back in, your account should be configured with Cross Save enabled for your [Xbox] characters.

Hello. Excuse me, instead of linking my Playstition account, I did the opposite on Xbox and I can not deactivate it. Can you help me? I have been waiting for 50 days and I can not deactivate it because I bought silver on the previous console.please help me bungie i want to play with my playstition account ❤

Thank you for allowing me access to my xbox one characters again, however with the eminent release of Shadowkeep having my two accounts still linked though cross save does nothing for me as by the time I had access to my xbox characters I had lost my chance to upgrade the solstice armor which is the only way to get the starter 2.0 armor. Please deactivate cross save on my account or allow me access to the starter set. My situation sucks and honestly wants me to stop playing destiny all together. It's even ironic that the only reason I'm having these issues is since I spent real money on the game. This makes me not want to support bungie all together. Please help me with this so I can keep enjoying destiny, I would love to keep playing Destiny 2 and supporting bungie.
