"Another hand cannon exotic" Everyone likes handcannons...they are the most used weapon. 100 levels of rewards to chase is a good thing...there are many complaints of peole not feeling rewarded for their playtime.

Okay. How do I explain this. The 100 levels thing? Let me put it to you this way. How many bright engrams have you earned this season? If your answer is 100, congratulations, if this was season 8, your season rank would also be 100. It is not an entire separate system. It is a quality of life addition to leveling up that adds more to leveling up than just getting a bright engram. If you go to DIM and tap your character (your emblem for a particular character) you will see something called a prestige rank pop up. Every single one of those ranks was a bright engram at some point. Not including the bonus ones for seasonal events. I have close to about 700 on my hunter alone, least played class I think. It's really not that bad, like everyone, you're scared of what you don't know 100% about.

As it stands, Destiny is taking up 87.5 gigs on my 500gig hard drive. That’s almost 1/5th or 20% of my hard drive committed to just destiny. Not including console software OS and if I want to play other games instead of destiny (spoilers: I do play other games) 2. Rewards are NOT going away. Have you read the post? Luke Smith said himself that when an activity is retired, the rewards from that activity will be added into the loot pool of other activities post season after a period of time passes, therefore, all rewards will still be obtainable. 3. The 100 level grind will be super casual. Bungee themselves, when testing progression to level up the battle pass found that 1 tank could be achieved through an hour of play, assuming you were doing strikes and taking about 18 minutes per strike (and let’s be honest, 18 minutes spent on a strike is suuuuuuper slow. I can solo a nightfall in 22 minutes with handicaps) 4. Being able to pay for progression on the pass will only be available during the later half of the season. I’m not sure why you see this is as a negative. Are you planning on not playing any of the content for 6-8 weeks (the season will last 10 weeks and they were thinking about unlocking the purchase ability 4-2 weeks before the end of the season.) and then spending all of your money on it? I’m not sure what your plan is here. 5. I’m not sure why you’re complaining about another exotic hand cannon. (Which will make 9 exotic hand cannons in total) out of a total of 47 NON-HANDCANNON exotics. I’m sure with 47 other options for weapons that are not hand cannons, something will strike your fancy.

You've got to understand that they can't just keep adding things, consoles have limitations. And the majority play on console, so it's something that's happening and you've just got to accept it or move onto another game. That's literally your options.

Warframe has time-gated events. It has time-gated loot. But the thing about Warframe is it’s free. When I take a break from the game, I don’t have to pay a fee to get back in. I think that’s the most off putting part about Bungie’s new model.

i really don’t see a problem with this approach. I’ll happily give back stale content for new content. Btw, What rewards are going away, exactly?

They have unattainable things that i cannot hop on and get, and since i am a collector, i will never get on tbis game again. My OCD would trigger at the blank spaces of the items i cannot obtain. This season stuff they were selling looks like pure cancer.

get a job in game development, you clearly know how... nothing they have mentioned sucks, you just want to -blam!- online. you can't have 20 completely different matchmade activities running all the time.

Actually I asked for all of these when I decided to play a game that [i]evolves.[/i] Also this game cannot grow forever. PCs can handle it, but consoles can’t. The load size on PS4 got Shadowkeep is going to be 165 GB that’s almost a THIRD of the disc space that the base PS4 shipped with. Also the game doesn’t run on servers so your console has to load all the in game objects into memory. (It’s why loading times are so long). If Bungie tries to just adding content indefinitely, you’ll reach a point where it becomes unplayable. Someone loads it up.,.and it just keeps crashing. Sound familiar (Anthem)?
