Alot of content you can't do until you reach a higher level, so why is it that game types like Gambit and Banner, where level actually matters, you're allowing in people that are 300-400 levels below the cap. It's bad enough that matchmaking sucks with teams of solos getting matched against teams of unbrokens, but you want us to do that AND carry along a teammate who can barely do any damage IF they can do damage at all. Honestly, at that level you're essentially playing a 5v6 because that person is just going to be fodder for the other team. I'm not saying you shouldn't be able to play if you're not at cap, but that is ridiculous.
