After I purchased the new DLC from Steam, there was an error in the migration account. How can I solve this problem?

Given that you only show a PC account, there is zero need for you to do anything with cross-save. The only thing you would need to do, is link your Battle.net account to Steam, via the PC Move page. Cross-save is for those wishing to use an account across multiple platforms, which you are not doing.
