I was doing escalation protocol and I thought something was odd when I was headshoting a group of exploding thrall and didn't get the buff. So I did some further testing by heading to the lost sector to killed some exploders there and I got the same results. After that I went to Titan to see if the same thing would happen but the strange thing is that buff proced at that planet but not at Mars. Is it happening to anyone else or is it just me?
