Announcement for the OGCR personnel.
I'm going to piss all of you off.
I'm very annoyed with how little we've accomplished and slow our progress has been, that will change. All activities with the umbrella of the OGCR is canceled until finalization of the rules/regulations/other governance documents is complete. All current participants, (Looking specifically at you Scholar mind, Liam) your current fleets and holdings are null and void.
Also, until further notice I'm incharge. (Wyoming, finish what your working on, I want to see it)
