I would suggest trying to recover your login information for the old account.
If you are unable to do so and you wish to set up cross-save, your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net account and move all of your linked accounts that you wish to link together for cross-save to that new Bungie.net profile.

It may sound a bit complicated. You have to unlink them from the bad Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that you cannot unlink the account you're currently logged in with. So, if you have PSN ID, a bad XBL ID, and Blizzard Battle.net ID, and you're currently logged in with the PSN ID, then unlink the Blizzard Battle.net ID. After doing so, log out of Bungie.net, then log in with your Battle.net ID and it should ask you to create a new Bungie.net account. After creating the new account, attempt to link your proper PSN ID from the Accounts & Linking section of your Bungie.net profile settings. If it won't allow you to link it because it's already in use on another profile, then you have to take some extra steps (more complications follow). You'll need to create a dummy Blizzard Battle.net account that you don't intend to really use, then log into Bungie.net with the PSN ID (so it logs you into the bad Bungie.net profile). Once in that profile, you'll want to link your dummy Battle.net ID. Then log out of Bungie.net. Log back into Bungie.net with that dummy Battle.net ID, then you can go to the Accounts & Linking page and unlink the PSN ID, freeing it up for you to log out of Bungie.net one final time, log back into the brand new Bungie.net profile, and then finally link your PSN ID to it. - It seems more complicated than it actually is, it's just a bunch of account juggling to get things moved around. Forgetting login credentials can be an extreme pain sometimes.

I already contacted Microsoft for the recovery but the thing is a bit more complicated than i explained. (Account linked to my mother's old account, that one not used anymore too) I guess i'll try with the new bungie.net profile. Thanks!
