Menagerie Loot & Nightfall Exclusives

If you have read the post, you will know that is not what this topic is suggesting. The feedback to Bungie is to add the old Nightfall weapons to Menagerie once Shadowkeep launches and add new guns to the Nightfalls. Bungie, want to give us something really special? Why not add more loot possibilities from Menagerie recipes? I think you should add all nightfall exclusive guns to the loot table AND then change the nightfall exclusive weapons in year three. In other words, allow us to configure runes to our chalices to allow nightfall exclusive rewards to drop from the Menagerie. When Shadowkeep launches, remove the current year 1 and year 2 nightfall exclusive weapons and change them to even better and newer weapons that can drop from any given nightfall.
I can not tell you how many times I’ve farmed for a god roll Mindbender’s Ambition, Warden’s Law, Militia’s Birthright, Long Goodbye, etc. I’ve gotten some decent rolls but they usually miss one or two perks in the gun that just doesn’t make it a true god roll. Why not change that since Shadowkeep is launching soon? Allow us to more efficiently farm for the top tier weapon we want and with the masterwork we want!!! Since year one weapons have fixed rolls, allow those as random drops at the end in addition to whatever we are slotting into our chalice.

O don't think this is a good idea. For the most part everyone's done with menagerie. Adding weapons to it now will only seem like Bungie are trying to force players into old content. I agree with the idea of adding them to strike playlists though.

Your post does make sense. It would be great to go into Menagerie and farm for multiple weapon types. However, the weapons designed for Menagerie have a theme to them. If we throw in Mindbenders Ambition etc. it would feel weird to me. I like someone else’s suggestion of putting year 1 and 2 Nightfall rewards into the strike playlist and then putting all new rewards into the Nightfalls.

They should just move the old nightfall weapons to strikes. . and give new nightfall weapons ... Or I've had an idea since we have emblem variants tie the gun your going after to the emblem you wear .. each emblem has 2 to 3 variants or something like that

4 通の返信No sorry. The menagerie is good, but it should not be a one stop shop for all the good loot in the game. It already has some crazy good loot, nightfall exclusives should stay right where they are.

4 通の返信Well no, they shouldn't be adding the exclusive weapons that drop from certain nightfalls. It'll just make it worse for people who grinded their ass off and farmed a specific nightfall to get a weapon for the badge. I did around 50 nightfall runs until i got the rocket launcher for the wayferer seal Its just unfair. Instead they should add more to menag yeah but not the nightfall weapons. And also give us cool looking armor

The whole system needs to be changed. Can we all agree that they need to add strike specific loot like they had in the original Destiny. It was unique, you got guns like Does Not Bow (Fallen themed), Grasp of Malok (Hive themed) and Stolen Will (Taken themed). You also got some pretty sick armour too, Mongrel ogre's grasps, Flayer mantle, Devouring maul. None of it was Nightfall specific, it was available to everyone and it would give people a reason to play strikes. There's so much of the original Destiny that was better, seems to me they've gone backwards and they've also got very lazy when it comes to weapon and armour design too.

If they are adding the loot from the new seasons to the loot pool I hope they don't add it to menagerie unless they add more runes to make it easier to get certain items otherwise every rune combo is rng.

1 返信How about we can get a chance of getting NF Weapons Runes in Nightfall, they would be easier to get than the weapon itself but you'd need 2 of them to combine and make the weapon.

4 通の返信They could just update the loot table for EP, forges, blind well and menagerie with new gear. Easy way to add fresh content to the game.
