Loading problems

My load times are very long when loading into any activity but with gambit I can never actually get into a gambit match (specifically with a friend in the fireteam) whilst trying to load in I just get removed from the match and get a suspension from gambit because of it. Is there any possible causes for this I would like toknow what I can do to improve my playing experience.

  • This is the result of either too strict of a NAT or routing/latency issues. So first, under the game settings->Accessibility what does it show your NAT type as? Next, run a trace route and ping test to bungie.net from the computer with this problem and report the results here. How is your computer connected to your network, wired or wireless? Do you connect to a router that then connects to your Internet modem or do you connect directly to the Internet modem? Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running on the affected PC?
