A lot of people have the thunder lord and a lot of people don't, I'm one of those people who don't. I left d2 for a bit to play some other games and didn't realize the quest was limited to the Halloween event. But it's not just for me there are going to be a lot of new players that come with shadow keep just as lots came with forsaken, and they'll never get to use the weapon so it'd be cool if the quest was brought back as like a secret like how outbreak perfected was for a bit till it got discovered
