Did you even read what you just typed? When I work 40 HOURS, I get paid! 40 hours....pfft.....just think about that. 40.....hours...... Does that sound like fun to you WITHOUT pay, when it all repetitive and the SAME thing! 100 mini bosses, 10 strikes, 10 crucible matches....3 characters..... 40 hours......really....they overdid this event for mediocre armor that is reskinned. They spent more time on the glow than the armor this year.

Most of the people complaining do not even run three characters and if you are running three efficiently with a team it takes far less than 40 hours. I didn't find this event that grindy at all because after the first set I've spaced the others out. If you had all the purples unlocked the masterwork was account wide, I didn't but my buddy did. This year's event took less time and felt less monotonous than last year's and last year's armor was obsolete after a couple weeks. Don't have time to get all the sets that ok. You could have spent 30 minutes a day on one set and got it done. Not everyone deserves everything and it's ok to have events that show players dedication. I don't care if you don't have the time why do players care if other players fo have the time or dedication?

I get it. A bunch of people are always going to defend this game no matter what. Hey, i love the game too or i wouldnt comment. But this was supposed to be an activity for EVERYBODY. Your 40 hr math im sure works for you, it might take someone else 80. The 100 minibosses thing was a mistake, they effed up, they werent giving the dedicated people like you something special. I did eaz where i got 8 minis and a couple where i got 1 or 2. Its sad, eaz is a pretty awesome idea. I wish i didnt trust bungie by buying all 3 colors of shiny shit before i got the armor. Here i thought id be able to get the armor for all 3 chars but no way possible unless i quit my job or neglected my kids. Cant even get MW because shattered will be over by the time i can play again. Its fine, not a huge deal. I still love destiny. I just wont buy as much silver for a while and Solstice will be a good and bad memory for me.
