I also understand this ban/restrictions terms within this article here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 I also wanted to approach this directly with a bungie team member but seeing as that's not much of an option in the forms I guess this will do? Understanding the regulations and rules within the article of the ban above I wanted to "if" possible please a case to look into it. Reason I'm approaching this is when they did receive their first warning of a restriction due to internet connectivity, they went out of their way upon going to a better provider for within their area. And after awhile they were fairing alright and well. Awhile later down a few months they received a ban of PVP activities, and then a few days after a permanent ban upon their device. They recently discovered that their neighbor was "Tapping/leaching" off their internet thus affecting the service and in result affected to the result of a ban upon account and their device. In terms of the rules above I understand those clearly, but I find it a bit unfair to have someone go out of their way to fix their internet to play the game with others, doing their best to fix the situation without affecting other players in turn. And unfortunately in a situation where someone "Tapping" into their internet, affecting this outcome. If nothing can be done, I can say I tried on their behalf considering upon their situation of putting the effort since first restriction warning of going to a better internet provider within their area. If something can be done a response from a member of bungie hopefully, as I already asked permission to give their contact info via directly message. But I figured no harm no foul of asking. Just reaching out for a friend that I played with for years in Destiny since D1 and figured to explain the situation, in turn they are also willing to explain to a member of bungie "if" this can be looked into.
