You don't need fast Internet which is what you pay for. As long as you have 1meg up/1meg down (but recommended is at least 5) you will be fine. No your issue is with how good the quality of your Internet signal is (and you do not pay for that). You ruined the game time and again for others who reported you prompting a Bungie investigation. Use this time to look into you NAT, data loss rates and for you your signal latency/ping.
