idea for a faction rally... basic idea is like a triatholon, you pick what team you are on (faction) then in order to get gear you must participate in a list of different activities (not requiring a completion of each, but a choice) so you earn points by participating. crucible, bring back scorched, and sparrow racing(i know this would be a Ton of work with no guarantee it would work, or be worth it to the community) gambit remove fireteam status (solo que only) make the matchmaking determine teams based on factions chosen. speed run strikes for more points, collect materials and complete pub events for point at any destination, if possible bring the forest back for a hoarding of supplies for your chosen faction (these points earned here would only go towards the community earning to help decide winner of overall faction rally. as far as rewards go that could be flexible. an exotic class item for chosen faction would be a nice pinnacle chase for overall faction rally. i could think of more, but i can only word vomit at the moment, maybe this will be updated and some point. edit; i know all of this during one faction rally might be a little rough, but im sure something could be figured out as far as whats available to play, for how long and whatnot. this is all just a fantasy of mine
