Is it possible for you all to transfer old characters from my previous Xbox account (which was hacked) onto my new account? I spent a lot of time and I mean a substantial amount of time to get to where I was for it to all be taken away from me. I would truly be a happy camper/customer if you all could help me with this situation. I have information available. Thanks .
