I got three of my friends back into D2 in Season 7. We all went to Hawthorne and got the refer a friend quests. Except one. He never received his quest from Hawthorne. I got my half of it (I made sure to use a different character for each of my friends) but my friend did not receive his because Hawthorne did not have it. This was within 7 days of his purchase of Forsaken. What can my friend and I do to resolve this? Perhaps there is not much we can do since he has now had forsaken for some time, but if we can resolve this, I'd love to get my friend his Borealis ornament, and I wouldn't mind earning the emote and sparrow shader either.
