Looking at this in the context of "punishment" isn't what we're aiming for.
We're simply fixing the requirements for the unlocks. Once players meet those requirements, they'll have the catalyst and emote once more.

No nothing to do with the materials, gun or emote or catalyst. Tributes r cosmetic and so is the hall.. All tributes should be available to everyone through vendor. Some need materials and some could be weekly bounty rewards. When comparison to everything else its very minor.
-
But the Tribute Hall is there to honor having done/doing stuff within the game. It also doubles as a shooting range to test weapons and abilities. They added the Bad Juju to it to motivate the players to complete the triumphs. Sure, the Tributes themselves are cosmetic, but the triumphs are stuff for players to chase after while playing the game, if they choose to.

DOCTORWHO-LEGACYにより編集済み: 7/20/2019 11:38:43 AMTriumphs r triumphs. Give ones saying. Complete 5 tributes 50 points Complete 10 triumphs. 100 points. So on. Put a sparrow on it, a ship maybe and even the emote for the big one complete 50 tributes 500 points and not everyone can get them all. EDIT: Yet Mara sov has been around for everyone but been put as a raid, Technically even Calus in a way. Cause of menargerie and levithian.

Don’t forget all the network manipulators using this franchise as a means to generate revenue, and their clients. But these people would feel so frustrated and ashamed they would stop playing, which is a risk Bungie can’t afford. So biased, so cheap, and mostly coward practices. Why am I not surprised.
-
Less than 1% of those who have it. Bungie also technically can’t punish them bc many Bungie employees are swimming in conflicts of interest doing business with these players. Pathetic how cheap this company is managed.

Imagine if you could fix other issues just as quick. Dropping out of comp final rounds, weapons/opponents being invisible - probably not as important as an emote/catalyst. Oh, and let's not forget the enhancement cores bug that had no reprecussions.
