Bungie doesn't issue codes. You'll need to contact Sony again. Bungie will not be able to do anything for you.

First, Thanks for answering me! I aprecciate It very much! I have gotten in contact with Sony again after reading you guys, however Sony seems to be right because Destiny isn't a Game that has Sony as developer such God of War e Last of Us. Sony says that it issues codes when Sony is the developer of the game, or the game is purchased at PlaystationStore. On the other hand, Bundie is the real developer of Destyny with Activision. However Activision at its suport doesn't accepts Destiny as a game of its responsability on its support page. I am very upset and with no Idea on how to solve the problem. I would have to have a Bungie email to contact it. I think its the only possible solution.

Sony issues ALL codes to for their platform. Even with bungie was still with activision the answer was the same, codes are handled by the platforms. Sony issues the playstation codes, Microsoft issues the Xbox codes and Blizzard issues the battlenet codes. Think of it this way, Sony has the lock (code redemption page) and they are the ones who give out the keys.
