Sloane won't give me enemy of my enemy which I need for outbreak perfected to open the door. I tried to do the quests with my friend but that didn't work even when he opened the door for me. Is it because I already got rat King quest just randomly? Do I restart? I abandoned the rat King quest but that didn't work either. Please help!
