Hi. Thanks for your report.
We're currently investigating this issue. Some players have reported that opening the Pursuits screen and allowing bounties to pop can resolve this issue.

That’s not a fix! That’s a bandaid on a broken arm. You need to suspend Comp penalties. We should not be punished because your servers kick us. Crucible is a disaster. Invisible players. Invisible guns. Lagging out in comp. kicked to orbit in nightfall. This is ridiculous.
