Do Bungie rescind bans/ pvp restrictions for the event?? been waiting all year for this event and been restricted for bad internet and it doesn't run out until after the event ends so I can't participate and finish the new title/ seal. Don't suppose Bungie would ever rescind a ban for this event and re-apply the ban AFTER the event has finished??
