As topic suggests, here are some new exotic perks to some weapons that I think would make exotics on, or near, the same usability tier: The Jade Rabbit New Exotic Perk: Bunny Hop Scoring body shots grants up to 5 stacks of movement speed boost. Precision kills grant full stack of movement speed boost with additional ADS speed, reload speed, and ready speed. Hard Light New Exotic Perk: Spectrum Munitions Weapon will automatically recognize enemy shields and munitions automatically become element needed to take shield down. Taking down a shield refills part of the magazine from reserves. Prospector New Exotic Perk: Six Feet Under Rounds have delayed charge. Direct hit kills plant a mine on corpse that detonate within close proximity of another enemy team member. Explodes after extended time. MIDA Multi Tool New Exotic Perk: Multi-Function Holding RELOAD transforms MIDA into a rapid firing sniper rifle. Double tapping reload transforms MIDA into a SMG. Variable additions and subtractions to stats in each mode. Sniper: Snapshot Sights, QuickDraw (added range, reduced stability, reduced firing rate) SMG: Grave Robber, Kill Clip (added stability, increased magazine size, reduced range) Huckleberry New Exotic Perk: Running with the Bull Fires a tracer bullet every third shot to mark targets. Marked targets receive more damage for 1.5 seconds. Marked targets within Huckleberry’s sight ramp firing rate and handling.
