I haven't done a single run through Menagerie since the patch. The gear isn't any good so why bother?
They could have simply made the chest drop only one powerful weapon so you could still farm gear but had to do 3 runs to get all your powerful rewards.
Such a shame because it was a fun grind, but now it's a very unrewarding grind.

Well, one run would net you 3 powerful items which you can use to infuse... Beyond that, you might get a decent roll on something making it alright, and you can dismantle the stuff you don't use to infuse and get materials. It was a fun game mode, especially if you have a good team and you can get through it quickly. However, with just one drop per run, it's rather ineffective and no one wants to do it. It's like strikes... Unrewarding and no one likes to grind them. Back in D1 that was the thing to do, grind strikes or crucible. Now, all of those things are useless beyond the daily or weekly powerful drop. Menagerie is just another one of those things now.
