Hello, The Tribute hall has an Orbs of Light dispenser and it's my understanding that if you've planted the flag/key pictured on the left in Image 1 you should be able to activate the Orbs of Light dispenser by holding E (or whatever your interact button is) however I don't get the option to active the dispenser. I've reset the game, the instance, different character. I just don't have the ability to use this. Is anyone else having this issue?
