Edit: You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and check to see if that might help with your issue. If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall the game, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then reinstall the game.

I made a post a few days ago detailing every troubleshooting step I took. I cleared cache, uninstalled game, moved from external to internal storage, and even tried restoring console to factory settings. Nothing has fixed the issue.
