Bingo. It feels like the community input here is just given lip service so someone can tell their management they are working on "customer engagement" when for the most part even the topics with the most support have no effect. Every now and then some QoL thing gets addressed (e.g. the Glass strike mod went away), but it often feels like tokenism. It seems like a very [u]small[/u] percentage of the player base has a disproportionally high amount of influence. You should interact vastly more here, and invest much less in your elitist streamer summits.
