It’s a very confusing situation indeed.
Either she likes you because she doesn’t love her boyfriend anymore, because girls don’t usually do this stuff when they’re in love with someone else
Or you’ll be stuck in the friend zone forever.
Show her that you’re interested and move towards her, don’t do nothing
You can also ask questions, like “how’s your love life” or something like that, nothing too extreme
If you miss that chance you might regret it later

I do have one more question, how do I tell her I am interested in her? I she could still have a boyfriend and do the whole that’s sweet but I have a boyfriend route. Also, should I tell it to her face or should I text her just in case I don’t see her anytime soon?

Depends, do you guys text more or talk more often? Anyways, I’d ask her to meet up, grab something to eat and talk to her about it At least that’s how I did it, I also used bodylanguange, I told her stuff like “your friends think we would make a good fit” at the end she hugged me and said that she needs some time (she had a few disappointing relationships), but she said she will keep this spot free for me because I told her I wouldn’t disappoint her and I think she knows that already For the record, be yourself, but a bit more flirty, just a bit, not too much, first you have to make sure she’s also interested before you make the big moves

Im in the same situation, we live like one hour apart but meet up at least once a week (while I have my internship, after that probably more often) Just a simple rule, you can text with her about it, about anything, but keep the important/special stuff for real life talking
