Where’s the Xbox fanboys now? How is Xbox 1 so much better if Sony is controlling 70% of the console market?

Microsoft got arrogant and complacent coming out of the last generation....and thought they could get away with the same monopolistic approach that they treat PC owners with in desktop computing. ....and only to have gamers PAINFULLY remind them that they (in fact) had no such monopoly. And MS is rightfully pay a price for that arrogance. But: 1. PS isn't 2.5 times better than XB. In fact, Xbox 1X is actually the more capable machine. Games look better and run smoother on 1X than they do on PS Pro. 2. XB really isn't looking to compete with PS going forwards. MS goal is clearly to break down the barrier between console gaming and PC gaming....and integrate those two worlds. An arena where Sony simply can't compete. If Phil Spencer plays his cards right.....MS and Xbox could rise out of the water in 2 or 3 years like Godzilla. A monster that Sony is in no position to defeat. In fact....if Google Stadia works, and Google doesn't flake out like the sometimes do....the conflict that defines the next generation could actually be between MS and Google. Not MS and Sony.

Selling more units doesn’t make something better but I own both and every time I own the same game on both it always looks better on my Xboxonex and the Sony menus are odd the store takes forever to load and before someone says exclusives the only 3 games that were actually worth playing on PS god of war Spider-Man and persona 5 but persona5 is on pc soo two games

2 通の返信Probably would have gotten an xbox if it weren't for The Last of Us: Part II coming out soon. Xbox has no good exclusive titles anymore, and TLoU is really what sold me LeL. I will say that the xbox controller is far superior than the Dual Shock so whenever I'm playing on PS that bums me out because my giant hands mash on the thumb sticks since they're not offset like good ol' xbox controller. Blah blah blah blah blah.

Pyrusにより編集済み: 6/25/2019 6:49:56 PMSony completely hammered Microsoft this generation! The main problem with the Xbox One was that it was aimed at the wrong market due to it being marketed as a 'multimedia platform', Something the Xbox was never meant to be. After all, we got an Xbox to play Halo, Gears or Forza, not to watch Netflix or use Bing! It was an incredibly stupid mistake Microsoft made, which was even more apparent because of the severe lack of exclusives. The Xbox One's selection of exclusives was abysmal compared to its predecessor and Sony's offering, who had games like Persona 5, God of War, Spiderman, Bloodborne, Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4, The Last of Us and so much more! I personally care more about the exclusives rather than the graphics, So this part was really disappointing for me. The Xbox One only had three exclusives that were noteworthy in my eyes; Cuphead, Sunset Overdrive (so underrated) and Halo TMCC. Problem is, These three games are on PC as well. This makes it really hard to recommend the Xbox One for someone who already owns a PC, Since they can just play those games on their own system, saving them £200. Overall, As much as I have said this countless times, I'm disappointed with Microsoft's offering this generation. As someone who had a 360 and thoroughly enjoyed it, I feel that I made the right decision to switch to Team Blue again (I used to own a PS2) for this generation. I do have hope that Xbox can pull off a comeback with Project Scarlett, but time will tell.
