Why does using a super make people near invincible? In D1 if you had SKILL you could headshot someone in a super and shut it down. Now, in D2, not only is that not possible, but every super ability has a "roaming" varient allowing them to stroll across the map for what seems like minutes just pressing R2 to instakill anyone. Take away the super damage resistance and make PVP about shooting again. It's a FPS at the core with ability mechanics on top, not the other way around.
