Once you are restricted, Bungie will not discuss, shorten or overturn it. You should take this time to improve your connection as much as possible to maintain stability and make sure you meet at least the minimum bandwidth requirements.

Use Ethernet not wifi to play your games

You should be more concerned with improving your connection than trying to get the restriction lifted. If you are on a 2 month restriction the next level is permanent restriction if your connection is not improved to be within Bungie's standards. What are your tested speeds?
