Error Code Buffalo

I recently swapped to a new PC, and every single time i try to boot Destiny 2, i get error code buffalo'd after leaving the title screen. I have tried disabling IPV6, tried logging into another pc and logging back into this one. I have tried swapping to every server available to me. But this problem still persists and it is a little infuriating. Bungo plz help
