Won't the pve community whine that an exotic is locked behind pvp even though it's directly connected to iron banner?
I mean even cool exotics like outbreaks zero hour mission was great, yet a good deal of people complained about timers and simple jump puzzles.
And now you want to lock an exotic behind a pvp event that only comes around once a month?

I’ll bite Yes the pve would complain about it. But do you know why? Destiny is advertised as a pve game, it’s story is pve, end game content is pve. Pvp is literally a side option However, pvp has from the beginning had far too much influence in the shaping of a pve game and now the people that brought it for what it was advertised as are sick and tired of their gear getting hit by nerfs, and feeling forced to compete in a game mode they despise to get weapons that are placed much higher in value than pve weapons Yes yes last set of nerfs were pve. Nobody would’ve said a thing if nerfs weren’t so common And yes yes pvp hasn’t had much attention apparently. Except it has still had more than it should’ve while balancing that effects pve Having said all that, a flaming iron banner battle axe would have me grinding pvp so I could go smash stuff

First off, did I even mention any specific quest steps? No. Second, do PvP players have to raid to get 1K voices, Anarchy & Tarrabah? Along with Enhanced perk sets on raid armor or play forges for Jotun? There are exotics mixed around the different parts of the game. So if people want an Iron Banner themed weapon, guess what.... they have to play Iron Banner!

vitisku1により編集済み: 6/20/2019 12:00:11 AMWoah calm down champ. OP is simply mentioning that there'd be uproar in the community about an exotic tied behind PvP. And he's right. You specifically mentioned quest stepped. A solely PvP player has the same chance to drop a y2 raid exotic on their first ever raid as a seasoned raider with 80 completions, it's a solely rng drop
