error code buffalo

2 days of this code,is driving me mad.unable to contact Bungie.net as they are fast asleep (well they have our money so why bother) ive tried unplugging the console,resetting the router and nothing works.is there a way Bungie can be contacted so that i can give them a piece of my mind
