Same here. I used to find them every now and then before the quest appeared. Now, for over 900 enemies killed, over 15 public events completed, over 10 lost sector runs done, over 15 contracts fulfilled, important targets, ascendant chests, and so on - and not a single badge. I'm sure it's normal for me to have very bad luck, but this time it's just ridiculous.

Some people say they haven't received any for a couple of months already. Some - that it started with the new quest. I'm starting to suspect that there's some limit on completing badges, and maybe we've just let it get over us.
