Did I miss something that I cannot access Mida Mini-Tool from my Collections? I don't even have it unlocked in my Collections -- even though I [b]know[/b] I completed it to collect Mida Multi-Tool. It's not showing up as completed on any of my characters. Devrim is not offering it in his collections in the EDZ. Do I need to (somehow) repeat this quest-line?
