Sold my 690 cape by accident, how can I retrieve it?
Dear Bungie,
I have recently started playing destiny again, and by accident I sold my 690 cape from the imperial summon. Is there any way to reset the imperial summon or provide me the 690 cape again so that I may access the menagerie without having to grind?

Your only good option now for that character is to play the game the old fashioned way and work on increasing your Power Level until you can get to 690 yourself. So no, there's no super easy way without having to grind.
